There are 2 possible cause for this error:

  1. If you download the map update from the, you may have copy the vehicle folder instead of just the contents. Please follow this link on how to fix it.
  2. If the condition above is not the case, then you may have corrupted file/s during the download process. You will need to redownload the map update again to fix the issue. Please delete the vehicle folder and format the SD card/USB drive prior attempting the redownload. 
  3. If you purchased the map update from Hyundai AutoEver, please contact us via chat or at 888.757.0010 for further troubleshooting*.
