There are 2 possible cause for this error:

  1. If you download the map & software update from the, you may have copy the vehicle folder instead of just the contents. Please follow this link on how to fix it.
  2. If the condition above is not the case, then you may have corrupted file/s during the download process. You will need to redownload the map & software update again to fix the issue. Please delete the vehicle folder and format the SD card/USB drive prior attempting the redownload. 
  3. If you purchased the map & software update from Hyundai AutoEver, please contact us via Chat portal or email for further troubleshooting*.
