There are 2 possible cause for this error:
- If you download the map & software update from the update.hyundai/kia/genesis.com, you may have copy the vehicle folder instead of just the contents. Please follow this link on how to fix it.
- If the condition above is not the case, then you may have corrupted file/s during the download process. You will need to redownload the map & software update again to fix the issue. Please delete the vehicle folder and format the SD card/USB drive prior attempting the redownload.
- If you purchased the map & software update from Hyundai AutoEver, please contact us via chat or at 888-757-0010 for further troubleshooting*.
